i have a gift card for 12 months y enter the code in my xbox and send an error message, i want to change the payment mode to a gifth card actually i pay whit my credit card but i want to chance the payment mode

Why i can't pay my Gold membership whit my Microsoft account money? help please

When i go and try to pay the only option it gives is that to pay whit a credit card, i wanna pay whit my microsoft money... what do i do wrong?

Hi there,

Since you mentioned you usually pay via credit card then you will likely have to cancel that subscription prior to redeeming the prepaid code.

After the subscription was stopped be sure to check if your billing information is correct at
http://billing.microsoft.com and also check
http://account.microsoft.com/services for any outstanding amount issues, these need to be sorted prior to being able to redeem codes.

After that try redeeming the code on both xbox console and via xbox.com/redeemcode

Also check that the Xbox Live account, the console and code all match region wise, using different regions for any of them cause issues too.

If you can't find anything wrong and it is still not working, best thing to do is to contact official Xbox Support via Phone or Microsoft Support Chat at

You have to go to Xbox music section and select the song you want to buy and pay it whit the payment you have like credit card, paypal or whit the amount of monney you have un your acount.

i live in norway did pay fore 2 years whit a credit card and i suddenly cant play online, it have been this in almost a month, could the problem be that microsoft suddenly did check where my x-box is located ?

My sugestion to microsoft is to make the scorpio whit a VIDEO CARD SLOT.

Whit a posibility to swap the video card every 2 or 3 years Sony will colapse big time when they reveil the PS5.

The pc gamer whit no knolege also will be atract to xbox if the upgrade is idiot proof.

So to resume, PS5 will be more expensive versus a video card upgrade for xbox.
