Can you please clarify a bit more information for us? What are the exact error messages or error codes that you receive? Something about a disc not being able to be read? It's a downloaded game, though?

Hello, I recently downloaded a game from xbox live and when i try to play it it says that can´t be readed and i have to do it again.

I already did that twice and still doesnt work, what should i do?

tried and still have the same problem its really a,problem whit my account i log in whit my GF account no problem and there is also no support

-if it was generated by MS when you created the account you can change it for FREE once.

-if it was generated by YOU when you created the account you must pay 800 MSP to change it.
