Problems whit My Xbox principal

I have my account set up as my "principal" xbox, however there are two occasions that the service deconfigures me and asks me for the password again and removes the option of "principal" xbox and I have to put it back.
The problem is that I have my account shared with two friends and on their console they also have it as their principal and they are also unconfigured.
here. At this point he also asked them to put it back as "principal", thus consuming the 5 times that the change can be made.
Does anyone know why this happens and how can I solve the fact that it deconfigures the "principal" xbox?

There's the problem friend, sharing accounts with friends is not a good practice, this out of terms of use and your account can be banned, especially if your friends' xbox and have on different networks, one day will give you trouble. Try resetting your
password and resetting your xbox's configurations by soft reset, to you keep your games in console and only clean the your user data

I have same problems to connect my xbox whit mac. Xboxsupport say in chat they refuse the connexion whit any over subsidiary company.

sorry to hear you have bad experience whit customer service if you can send me the problems i try to help you whit my experience or you can go to a Microsoft store whit all you're Xbox and the make all the test for you're units
