Problems whit me xbox 360 case white

Good afternoon support of xbox.

I have a problem whit me xbox 360 case white, me last conecction it was in April of this year, mi xbox 360 can not conect to xbox live, and do not let update, I give it to update and says that my xbox has no storage, check in the options of my xbox and tells
me that my hard disk needs updating, I hope I can help with this problem since I can not play any game in my xbox 360.

wait the ps4 games are in a white case? maybe that means the ps4 will come in white.... either way like the xbox cases but not like it's something important to me.

Please help me.. I have xbox 360 E and Gta V, but after 20 days I have problem whit the disc 2

I even not eject it from my console, now is problem whit the disc and have one scratch, the game start to stop, can I install disc 2 or what to do? Please help

My tv do the same thing whit my xbox 360. I really hope me too for an update whit the xbox one for resolution 1360 x 768 can be able.

sorry to hear you have bad experience whit customer service if you can send me the problems i try to help you whit my experience or you can go to a Microsoft store whit all you're Xbox and the make all the test for you're units
