    I am so sorry I missed this! Our system has been a little weird lately, and I did not mean to ignore you here. You just got filed into the wrong bucket, essentially. Interesting that you were able to get it working a few weeks ago, as the update was just
    pushed out officially yesterday! But I can confirm that it's no longer crashing.

    As for a refund, if you go through
    chat    , you can show them this thread. Explain how long you had been working on it, and you had deleted your full save during troubleshooting, which made you lose everything you've purchased. They should set you up with refunds.

    If not, message me over Xbox Live. I'm transitioning out of support here on my team this week, but will still have access to this Misses account (I'm moving to Community Engagement). I can hand off this situation to someone else on the Forums or Twitter
    teams to get you to the right people. Problems when trying to use Rivals Mode :)

    Actually, yes! Nothing concrete, but they believe they found the issue and are working on it.

    I'm sorry I didn't update you sooner. I have no idea why this wasn't assigned to me anymore on our end. Weird. I've rectified that.

    No ETA on that yet, but as soon as I know when the fix is released, I will have you test it out for me. Thanks for being persistent on this! ;)

    No worries at all! I am working with the right team to light that fire, I can promise you. It's just that game fixes sometimes take a bit.

    While I am posting, still no news, but we've been poking at them a few times a week now due to how long this has been going on. With the long US weekend this past weekend, some people may be off for holiday, but we're still pushing. :)
    Cool :)

    Seriously I don't even want to start to play it again until the problem is fixed, because I don't want to lose any more progress than what I have. I just don't want to go through losing all my effort again.

    Nothing at this time. It is still being investigated, but there is nothing new right now.

    We tend to poke at them weekly. I am happy to update you every time we do so you know when it's been done, if you want that. :)

    Cool. Is there anythhing that you can recommend that I do in the meantime to prepare, like re-download my profile or the game, delete the gamesave again etc

    Nope! We generally don't get any steps we need to have customers do until a resolution has been put in place. We'll poke them today to see if there's any new information.

    I am sad to see all the progress you had lost in the name of solving this, but hopefully we can get it up and running again for you to get back where you were. :)
    Unfortunately nothing will be able to do be done about the purchases I've made though right?
