  1. Problems when trying to use Rivals Mode


    Nope! We generally don't get any steps we need to have customers do until a resolution has been put in place. We'll poke them today to see if there's any new information.

    I am sad to see all the progress you had lost in the name of solving this, but hopefully we can get it up and running again for you to get back where you were. Problems when trying to use Rivals Mode :)

    contact us
    via phone/chat support, you can ask for refunds for any content you would like a refund for. I can't guarantee that they will, but you can share this thread with them to show that we had you delete your entire safe, causing you to lose access
    to the purchases you had made. If they are unable to help, let me know and we can look into other options I may have here. Problems when trying to use Rivals Mode :)

    The first thing is to get the game working again for me, because ideally I'd like to be able to play it again, otherwise when I contact the phone support I'll be asking for the whole thing (game + credits) to be refunded.

    Believe me, I wish I wasn't on here having to do this, I'd rather be playing the game. It just really blows that this has just happened out of the blue and its only related to certain profiles

    Also, I can't fix it now since you quoted it, but I just noticed I called your save a "safe". Cool. -_- Mondays. I was even thinking how much I check my posts for those mistakes. Guess I'm actually human still. Problems when trying to use Rivals Mode ;)

    We should be poking teams for updates tomorrow. If you hear nothing from me, then there's no news. But I will post back if there's anything new!

  7. Nothing at this time. It is still being investigated, but there is nothing new right now.

    We tend to poke at them weekly. I am happy to update you every time we do so you know when it's been done, if you want that. Problems when trying to use Rivals Mode :)

  9. I can totally do that. I hope they do, too. While we haven't got a lot of volume on this, we do understand the impact this is causing. I wish I could speed up the process, but game fixes sometimes just take a bit of time.

  11. No worries at all! I am working with the right team to light that fire, I can promise you. It's just that game fixes sometimes take a bit.

    While I am posting, still no news, but we've been poking at them a few times a week now due to how long this has been going on. With the long US weekend this past weekend, some people may be off for holiday, but we're still pushing. Problems when trying to use Rivals Mode :)

    Seriously I don't even want to start to play it again until the problem is fixed, because I don't want to lose any more progress than what I have. I just don't want to go through losing all my effort again.

    Actually, yes! Nothing concrete, but they believe they found the issue and are working on it.

    I'm sorry I didn't update you sooner. I have no idea why this wasn't assigned to me anymore on our end. Weird. I've rectified that.

    No ETA on that yet, but as soon as I know when the fix is released, I will have you test it out for me. Thanks for being persistent on this! Problems when trying to use Rivals Mode ;)

    It seems to be working again Problems when trying to use Rivals Mode :)

    I just tested it and rival mode and friend's caddies are working again.

    Now all I need to look into is a refund for all the $$ I spent on the credits, so I can that look into building my level back up again.

    Can you be of any assistance with this, I know I will have to make a final call myself to organise it, but can you give me some reference I can give them so it doesn't look like I'm trying to scam them out of money?
