Problems when recording using a USB 3.0

I needed to record videos of more than 30 minutes on my Xbox One S, so I bought a USB 3.0 to store all the content there, everything seems fine, the video has a resolution of 1080 and I have been able to record for more than 30 minutes.

The problem is that when I was checking the recordings on my PC I realized that the audio of the video is stumbling.

What is the problem? Why does this happen ?

    :)

xbox one media player cant detect my USB drive..?

It's gotta be a USB 2.0 or 3.0 I used an old WD 100g hard drive with no problem, but i tried to use my Micro USB to USB that charges my cell phone and it would not work.

Yes, its the same account, but I don't understand why I need to reset my network. I imagine it's a DVR problem and not a network problem.

    Hi again, charlimarcel!

Just to clarify, were you able to test performing a
    power cycle
of the console? Also, is your console enrolled in the Xbox Insider Program? If so, have you reported this issue to the

    Xbox one controller on PC

Hey, I had the same problem but instead of the hub it was the USB 2.0 port on my keyboard. I ended up using my motherboard USB as well

The problem is when available USB bus controllers ports have been used. If you have a powered USB 3.0 hub, they usually have their own controller chip. When using your motherboard USB, you are using the motherboard USB controller chip. Hope it makes sense.

The Xbox Controller requires Memory/IRQ resource that is not available from your USB 3.0 hub.

If your motherboard has option for front panel USB socket then you can try 3.5"bay device for USB 3.0
