Problems watching new purchased movies and TV episodes

I purchased thor ragnarok, i tried to play it and it lasts for 10 to 20 seconds and then the loading circles pop up and then I get an error message"Can't play" followed by an error code "0x000005b4" but xbox doesn't recognize their own code!! All of my library
plays just fine, can someone please help me figure this out? Thank you for your time and consideration.

I keep getting this after viewing an episode/couple episodes of personal purchased content via movies and tv app. I just want to watch an entire series without any interruptions.

I have a feeling that this might be a network timeout error, meaning that your Xbox may have lost connection to your router or the Microsoft server. See here as well: Xbox One Network Connection Help | Troubleshoot Xbox Live Connection

 

purchased "the wolf on wall street" tonight and every few it seconds it buffers and now it wont play at all which is ridiculous bc im paying renting fees for a movie i cant watch. & its not recognizing the error code that it gave me. how can i get money
back? who must i contact? lmk pls

 

i also bought thor ragnarok and like in 20 second it says cant play with error code 0x000005b4. what a damn coincidence. we need help. please someone help me i dont want to waste my money im poor lol.

 

I was able to fix this problem by uninstalling the Movies & TV app and reinstalling it. After the reinstall, the movies played correctly.

 

Tried that the first time. Worked fine. Tried again for the second time in a week! No go!

 

Same. Been going on for months. Xbox doesnt even seem to know what the code means. Really pissed!
