    I'm bumping this thread to keep it fresh. I was also on tech support today and was given the impression that they have no idea about it and it's new to them. the xbox ones functionality is sparse enough without it losing capabilities as well.

    Does anyone know of any apps that work??? Mine still has not worked...I thought Xbox was supposed to be a media hub??

    I also have the gmote app that allows my phone to control my pc using the same network. Now this app will no longer work, it can't find my network. This must have something to do with the connection between my phone and my network. I don't know what the
    issue might be, my phone is connected to my wifi.

    I installed the local cast app and I still can't watch any videos other than the one I recorded on the phone.
