    Hello there, hope you having a good day.

    Today i' m having serious issues with some of the games i bought a while ago (Dying light and Titanfall), the problem is when i try to play them, it says this

    "Do you Own this Game or App"

    "If you have a game disc,insert it now,make sure you're signed in to xbox live.If you don't have the rights for playing it, you'll need to try it or buy it at xbox store.(0x87de07d1)"

    The problem here is that i did purchased this Games when they came out properly, i purchased them digital so there's no disc to plug in, also i'm not sharing my account with anybody nor anybody is sharing their account on my xbox, and when i try to re download
    it because i purchased this i should be able to do it, the only option it gives me, is to purchase it again, i don't know what is going on with this but i need serious Help with this, money doesn't come that easy to be purchasing Games like there was no tomorrow
    it's been 3 days since this happened but i thought it was some Xbox Malfunction with the servers or something like that but doesn't seem that way

    I downloaded it back in April 2010 for my Xbox Elite system, then re-downloaded it to my new slim console. I've had no problems, using hdmi and 1080p resolution.

    Problems playing my downloaded game.

    I bought forza horizon while it was on sale and downloaded it, it starts up. I click single player and it goes into the intro video. Finishes the video goes to the loading screen and a popup comes up saying disc unreadable. I have uninstalled and reinstalled
    the game twice and it still isnt working.

    This sounds like a cache issue that is easily remedied. Please try holding the power button on your console for 10 seconds until it shuts down. That should solve your issue.

  5. it didn't work, it still shows the (0x87de07d1) error and the only fix way it shows is to buy em again..

    Ok, a quick search of the error code that you posted suggests a region issue. Is your gamertag set for the same region (country) that you physically live in? If so, was it set like that when you purchased the game?

    Which country do you live in?

    Which game(s) are giving you this error?

    Are you sure you purchased the game(s) with the gamertag that you're posting with?

    Can you check commerce.microsoft.com to make sure the purchase went through alright and shows up in your purchase history?

  7. currently moved in to another country, but my xbox still set in USA, and can't switch the region because is not on the posibilties , living in Costa Rica, the games that are giving me problems are titanfall and dying light and yes complete sure this is the
    gamertag i bought the games with in the store, just checked into commerce.microsoft.com and yes the purchase of the game is there i bought it the same day it came out

    Ok, thanks for the info. I think the problem here may be that you live in a different region than your gamertag is set to. Some game content cannot be downloaded outside of the region that they were originally intended for.

    You should definitely contact phone support to confirm this and/or possibly see if they can provide a refund for the items. As Costa Rica does not seem to be an officially Live supported country you may need to try the US number - 1-800-469-9269. If that
    doesn't work then start by contacting them by posting to @xboxsupport on Twitter.

  9. Thanks so much for taking the time and helping me with this as much as you did, i'm going to try and call the support and see what can be done about this, but one thing that still concerns me is that i bought the games the day they came out on their respective
    days i was still in the USA and when i moved in to here they just stop working could it be that thing you said about not being in a supported country using my US account?

    It's a possibility but I can't be sure as to why they would stop working. Support can find out an answer about whether or not that is the reason.

    Thanks so much for taking the time and helping me with this as much as you did, i'm going to try and call the support and see what can be done about this, but one thing that still concerns me is that i bought the games the day they came out on their respective
