Problems unlocking achievements.

Greetings and good afternoon, I have a problem with unlocking achievements, the fact is that in November of last year I could finally reach a gamerscore of 98 thousand but I had been playing from my Xbox 360 office for short periods and had not connected
to Internet for 6 months, when you get home with the console and connect to the web, add about 18 thousand points of gamerscore added around the year and days later xbox suspends the account for 14 days, now I can play on xbox live without problem and use
my games, reset my gamerscore to 0 without giving me a true explanation, but just accept their policy and I did everything possible to claim, the point at this moment is that I wanted to play to continue taking out the achievements that I had already achieved
before that my account is in 0G, but it is not unlocked or an achievement even though I delete all the content of my current games, and my gamertag marks it in excellent condition and with a good reputation, Here my question is what can I do to be able to
unlock achievements again in my 360, I hope someone can help me.

i have problems unlocking achievements they say there unlocked but their not.. when im playing halo master chief collection no achievements...

I think it is not a problem with cortana, but with achievements in general are having problems. I have some done unlocking achievements and some halo achievements won't unlock as well.

I've still had achievements unlocking for me. Maybe there is a problem with a specific achievement? Perhaps you should post about which achievement and see if anyone else is having problems getting the same one to unlock. That's definitely happened in the
past with other games where specific achievements would not unlock and the developers were able to fix the problem.

Exact same issue. No problems unlocking achievements the last two days but now achievements aren't unlocking

Hello BlakManDan, there was a problem yesterday with Achievements not only yourself were having these problems but everyone else on Xbox one. Your Achievement should unlock by itself in a couple of days some are already unlocking for others. I've had this
problem too and my achievements unlocked after awhile no need to worry

I will wait then. It seems that unlocking an achievement in a game might fix the problem for all achievements for that game. However, I'm not sure what the solution is if there are no other achievements to unlock. That's my problem since I completed all
Hitman Absolution achievements. My profile shows them all unlocked but the score for the game is not correct.
