Problems unlocking achievements RE 31st July server issues

Hey,

I'm having a lot of problems unlocking achievements as a result of the server issues on July 31st. Five days later, these still haven't been resolved. This is a source of great frustration and I was hoping you could help me to address the issues.

The first game I had a problem with is 'Maximum Football 2018' on Xbox One. I played the game online during the server issues on the 31st. Despite meeting the requirements (713 passing yards in one game), the 'Passing World Record' achievement did not unlock.
I have completed the requirements multiple times every day since the 31st. I have also tried the following troubleshooting techniques:

- deleting and re-downloading my profile, then completing the requirements;

- power cycling my Xbox One and completing the requirements;

- completing the requirements with a different console;

- deleting the game save data, deleting the game, re-downloading the game and re-completing the requirements;

- factory resetting the console and re-completing the requirements.

Despite all of the above, the achievement will not unlock, even when I recorded over 2,000 passing yards in one game.

The other game I'm having problems with is 'The Adventure Pals' on Xbox One, again as a result of the server issues on the 31st. The following three achievements are causing problems:

1. Have My Babies

2. Tongue Out of Cheek

3. On The Beach

These three achievements unlocked while playing the game. However, they did not add to my gamerscore. As a result, my gamerscore in the game is stuck at 890/1,000.

There achievement 'Stuck To It' is also causing a problem. While it unlocked, it is not showing as complete.

Again, for all achievements in 'The Adventure Pals', I have re-completed the requirements a number of times and the fail to register properly.

I have filled in the twtpoll.com survey for all 5 achievements.

Could you please look in to these issues for me and provide me a solution to same.

Xbox One Achievements Wont Unlock

hello, I'm having issues unlocking achievements still after removing and re-downloading my accounts, redoing achievements, resetting my console. checking my connects to xbox live, watching tons of videos and the percentage of my achievements are not increasing.
nothing I do works and ive read that you should wait 72 hours but I've been doing this over and over since July 6th. can anybody help?

 

31st July Issue - Backwards Compatible 360 achievement not unlocking on Xbox live

Unlocked xb360 achievement on X1 on July 31st but it is still not showing as unlocked on my profile

Another person, different game, different achievement - caught out by the same Microsoft Live issue on the 31st.

 

Try performing a hard reset EXACTLY like this.

Hold the power button on the console for 8 seconds or until the power shuts down completely. Unplug the power cord from the back of the console for 5 minutes. Plug the power cord back in and restart the console.
