Problems transferring licenses after 4 month wait period has passed

Hi, I last transferred my licenses on 12/4/2013 today is 4/4/2014 I keep getting the message saying I have to wait till 4/4/2014 to transfer again. Is this a glitch, do I need to wait till 12 noon? Or what is really going on? Sorry if this has already been
asked/answered but I went back 3 pages and didn't see anything. Thanks in advance for any and all help

If the license haven't been transferred at all, go to setting hub on dashboard, then click the account tile, then at the bottom click on license transfer.

be aware that you can only license transfer 1 every four months. Once you transfer, you will have to wait 4 months before being able to transfer any licenses with that specific gamertag again.

Judge Bergan is very wrong in the fact that support can manually transfer licenses. They cannot ever transfer anything manually concerning licenses. Period. The gamertag that downloaded the content is the sole owner of the licenses and have THE ONLY capability
of transferring what they own.

Transferring Content Licences Within 4 month period

When the 360S was released in 2010, people reported that Support was waiving the License Transfer waiting period when a new console was purchased. So it couldn't hurt to call Support and ask after you buy your new console. (But the waiting period was
still 12 months back then vs. 4 months now, so they might not be as flexible when the wait isn't as long.)

Do you mean that you're still waiting on your 4 month wait period to elapse before you can perform another license transfer? Or do you mean that you don't want to perform a license transfer because you want your licenses on a specific console?

Hi,

If you purchased content on another Xbox 360 that was not your own and you didn't do a license transfer then you will need to do one. If it's telling you that there is a 4 month waiting period then, there's a 4 month waiting period. Nothing anyone can do about
that. Until you do that license transfer things you've purchased will only be available online and that's really all there is to it.

If for whatever reason you don't have internet at your own house, you can take your console to another place with internet access and do a license transfer.

No one is going to be able to make your content work offline for you. It's how licenses work for any service.
