Problems to start The MCC in my Xbox one

I recently bought an xbox one and the master chief collection disc and at the time of installing it it seems that it only installs the update and when it starts it just gets stuck and comes out without even letting me do something, is that normal?

I'll try but i think that 343 must launch a patcher for this problem bc not only me, many other gamers have this problem and they can't solve it. Pls verify the game so that the physical disc can function good in the xbox

Since I am having the same issues, i decided to go through bthe trouble shooting steps and none of them worked. Still having the same issue. Seems to be a game error rather than a hardware error considering there is a recent forum post about it on Halo
Waypoint.
