Problems to purchase options on various games

Since a week I am trying buying options on various games but it doesn 't work.

The payment platform doesn't work and just write technical problem.

I have contacted the support of the game but they told me it was not their fault. So to check that I have tried to buy an option on a different game present on Microsoft store , but it didn' t work either.

I have just that message : " technical broblem "

If somebody can explain how to solve the problem he will be my hero

PUBG on Xbox One now includes micro transactions that are called G-Coins. These are used to purchase various customization options in the PUBG in game Store. That may be what you purchased as a listed Add-on for PUBG.

Thanks for the help HaloJolly, that's a good answer and I'll do that but that leaves the email problem unsolved. How do I change the email on an account?

Hi.

You would have to pay for a gamertag change for both accounts.

First the one you wanna delete so the name is free.

Then you can change the one you wanna use to the one you deleted.
