Problems to play

Hello everyone I have a problem and I can not play solitaire collection I get an error 121003 and when I look for it tells me that there is no this started after changing the hard drive, I would appreciate it if you help me.

PLEASE HELP. For the last year I have been using the play to on my laptop to stream movies to the xbox one video app with zero problems. All of the sudden it does not work. The play to window on my laptop just says "contacting network device" and the screen
on my xbox is black with "connecting" in the middle and it stays like that for 20 minutes then says "unexpected device error" and never starts the movie. I have tried everything, resetting modems, apps, re downloading, re adding the device, etc. and nothing
helps. The xbox is on my laptop under devices and says its connected. Xbox support couldn't even figure it out. Please help me before I smash this $500 POS into a thousand pieces. Thank you

 

Hey there JorgeOddo

When you are stating you replaced the Hard drive, was this The internal Hard drive or an External?

Either way there is some troubleshooting that I was able to pull up for issues with the

Solitaire Collection that you can give a try.

The hard disk that replaced was the internal one, also try to reinstall it, start loading it and it stays stuck and I have to turn it off to restart it
