I bought the game Ori and the Blind Forest: Definitive Edition, and when I play the game is on the right stop screen when we press the "A" button. nothing happens , since deleted and downloaded again and nothing . how do I do ?

Sorry to hear about the trouble with playing the game. What happens if you power cycle your Xbox One by holding down the power button for 8-10 seconds until your Xbox One powers off? Let us know

 

Already I hung up, already restarted since desistalei and nothing , the game remains the main screen and nothing else happens , I bought this game now to promote that is in place yet, but I can not play.

Do you possibly have a different account on your Xbox One you can test the game with? Make sure your Xbox One is set as your main account's Home console so that all users have access to your games.

I have only a single account on my console and was with her obviously bought the game , and is set to main .

If you'd like to give the suggestion Mister Maka suggested, you can create a free Xbox Live profile at Xbox.com with a new Microsoft Account. If you create a new account, please try playing Ori and the Blind Forest to see if the same error occurs. (As long
as the account that purchased the game remains signed in, the new account will be able to access the content.)

If that doesn't work, your next step would be to attempt to
Factory Reset your Xbox One Console. You'll notice there are two ways to do this. Please start with the reset option that allows you to keep your games and apps before proceeding to the total factory reset.

I created a new account from another email, and WHAT I mentioned , I left both connected accounts and accessed the game in the new account , but has the same , not pass the initial game screen

 

It worked !! after reset keeping the games and apps, the game has the home screen. thank you guys won !!
