    No Live Gold after change from Xbox 360 to Xbox One

    My son has got Xbox One with Fifa 16 and today we had some problems playing Fifa 16. After a life chat with Xbox his gamertag and profile has been changed from 360 to One. Now he could play Fifa 16 but not online as there is no Live Gold available. How can
    I transfer Live Gold from 360 to One? Thanks for helping us!

    Sorry to hear it. The gamertag you're posting with is showing as a Silver account. You do need to have an active Gold membership in order to play online matches.

    Had this problem since release. Been able to play ghosts twice and fifa twice so it is not that it wont connect, it just cant. Strangely enough my 360 still connects to all my games online. GET YOUR HEAD OUT OF YOUR *** MS
