Problems to download Game

Hi,

Some months ago i purchased the Alan Wake game on Xbox Live Brasil. I deleted the game from my Xbox 360.

Recently i tryed to download again and i had no sucess. The xbox Live informs that i have to pay again for download.

The question is:

For how many time have i the licence to use the game?

If i delete the game from my console, do i lose the rights to download again?

I deleted and downloaded another games, just like i did with Alan Wake and i had no problems.

What should I have to do?

issue downloading Halo 3

I am having problems downloading halo 3 for free with the gold member promotion after i start the download it automatically says cannot download Halo 3

can someone please figure out why it will not download this game I did not hav problems with and other free games for gold games

Game download/uninstall problems

Anyone having problems with installing/uninstalling games problems that have tried hard reset and unplugging console. I was having this problem and nothing worked until I reset my console. I went to settings down to system and then over to console info &
updates and then reset. This worked for me hope it helps!

Scroll to the right of your dashboard & click on "accounts".Then click on "download history" & you should be able to re download your game from there without having to pay as long as your using the account that originaly bought the game.

What you and your friend have done is called Marketplace Theft and is against the ToU and CoC of the Live service. When the PET catch you, you both risk having your accounts and/or consoles banned permanently from Live.

Please try these steps:

- Delete the game

- Clear the system cache

- Delete your profile WITHOUT the associated Contents

- Download your profile again

- Download the game again in one go

Check your network setup, because such big files (like Games on Demand) need a good working constant connection.

Nice, thanks for the info.

Was curious as I also own an Xbox S and have had none of these issues with it during this time period.

Obviously many many people have had the issues I've posted over the past month.

Seems more likely an issue with the update for the Microsoft store having a bad time with my systems.

Obviously the issue isn't inherently with the Xbox X, but

I woundered if this update has had a bad time with the console.

The reason I wounder this is there's a store update waiting in the update menus after I factory reset.
