    problems to connect to xbox live


    my console was previously connected to the internet and it did not have any problem, but then when I started the xbox I was not connected to the internet anymore, and when I choose advanced configuration it tells me that there is a problem in my hardware;
    Does anyone know how to fix it?

    Problems to connect to Xbox Live

    I'm trying to connect my Xbox One to the Xbox Live for months, and i not getting.

    I try to connect and it say that is connected to the wired network being that there is no wire connected, what i should do?
