    First, I'm not English so, sorry for my language.

    I want to buy some DLC with the xbox site (internet) but I can't : It's written that I'm a child. However, in my xbox, I'm an adult.

    So, what I have to do ?



    An other question. In my account, I have a some money. How can I use it ?

    Same here, trying to buy a game results in PBR9002 error every time.

    Weirdly enough I used the same method before to acquire games and even renew the Gold account.

    Does anyone have a conclusive answer to this issue?

    try to clean the cache by holding the front button for 10 seconds when switch of the console...

    Then could you explain more, like how you're trying to pay your purchase?!? maybe is a problem of the card too...
