problems starting sea of thieves

Hi people. I bought a game for the first time in the microsoft store (sea of thieves) and when i start the game it says that i can't play multiplayer games cause settings of my privacy and security online are not ok and i need to go on xbox.com to change
them. I tried to change them (I checked all the options with "available for everyone") but i have no idea of what is the problem. Do anyone know how to resolve it?

Also, I tried to reinstall it after I changed them but it didn't work either.

my Historics of buying/pre orders on my Microsoft account billing i only have
Sea of Thieves Founder Pack" 0.00 euro

Sometimes that pops up with the account has an enforcement actions on there profile.

You may need to check here to see if that gamertag may have received one.

As Geth mentioned we would recommend checking your Enforcement history to be sure the account is clear.

If the account is clear, be sure that the account is an adult account by signing into your
family page and that you have active Gold on your
accounts subscription page.

If you have Gold but your account is a child account you will need the parent listed on the family to give your

account access to online games.

We hope this helps explain why your account can not play online.

After uninstalling and reinstalling Sea of Thieves and the Xbox Game Bar many times, I am able to invite and accept invites on Sea of Thieves Insider through the Game Bar. I am able to send invites from the Game Bar for Sea of Thieves. However, when I receive an invite or try to join in on Sea of Thieves, I still have the same problem. Sea of Thieves and Sea of Thieves Insider are two different builds. There must be a file somewhere on my computer that is not being deleted or uninstalled and it's not allowing me to accept these invites on just Sea of Thieves. I don't know how to find this file.

Same problem here.

If You try to start a cloud game of Sea of Thieves via an invitation the app tells the controller is missing.

The controller is there and trhe app shows it is there.

Starting Sea if Thieves not via an invitation everthing is fine and you can play.

Unfortunately there is no way to accept an invitation from inside the game so you are pretty much locked out from beeing invited.
