    I have. A six year tenure with my current account and a few more years on my previous account so when I purchased the xbox one I figured that it would be awesome which it could be, but instead I'm dealing with an xbox that wont read my discs,
    controllers that since day one didn't work properly; three of them ! I contacted xbox support and was sorely disappointed learning my 500$ xbox one is two months past their one year warranty and so now they won't fix It.As far as the controls I was told basically
    that it's my problem I can pay to have them fixed. They offer paid service repair on their crapy hardware As if I caused the problem. Unbelievable they wont fix the problem they were fully aware existed, WHAT? Is this how xbox treats the loyal customers? furthermore
    I want to know how xbox's fails translate into me having to pay to fix my xbox and three controllers only after a little more than a year? Have I been scammed! Well, I've been loyal to xbox first always in the past. But today I strongly recommended ps4, which
    I also play on thanks to my brother with out any malfunctioning hardware! In fact never even had to call ps4 for support! I will be posting everywhere possible to try and help others avoid throwing their hard earned money down the drain buying controllers
    that don't even last a couple months, as well as a console that cannot do the things I bought it for since the day I got it. The list goes on! But for now I strongly recommend ps4 over the xbox one all day. Please spread the news and save others from this
    painful experience, and suggest ps4! P.s. Don't let me get started on how much money I wasted on headsets that I purchased that also no longer work, or mention the 360 controllers I have that still perform well even though I bought the day the 360 was released!

    Seriously microsoft this console is pathetic....

    No problems with either one of my controllers since day one.

    Chatpad no longer working with 11/19 Update

    These problems are odd. Like I said in my last post, for that day, I didn't have anymore problems. I was using my Day One controller at the time, but later that day I lucked out, and finally found a GameStop about 20 minutes away from me that had 1 Elite
    Controller that they held for me. That was Monday night, and since I've been using the Elite Controller the past couple of days, I haven't had a single issue with the Chatpad like I had before with my Day One Controller. Again, I've mostly been using the controller
    wired, and have been disconnecting the controller and putting it back in its case when I'm done for the day, so it really hasn't been used wireless since I got it. I still wonder if the problem is caused when the rechargeable battery gets too low. I might
    test that out with the Elite Controller and Chatpad in the coming days.
