Problems signing into Microsoft Suduko

I've had problems signing into Microsoft Sudoku, keeps saying problems connecting to Xbox, check connections and try again.

Problem started yesterday (23/1/18). Ok for solitaire and jigsaw. Then today got this message

There was a problem downloading game data for Microsoft Sudoku. Please check the Microsoft Sudoku FAQ at and refer to error code 000021

It came up in the ! News for Microsoft Sudoku box. I tried looking up the code but it didn't have it on the support site.

Never mind. I was signing into the wrong Microsoft account. Problems of redundancy...

microsoft solitaier colection

I have something similar. I can't access Microsoft Sudoku any more, or Solitaire - it just hangs. I always played these games without signing into Xbox (it worked fine yesterday), but today, nothing. So I decided to create an Xbox account - and when I do
say, it says I've set the account up, and when I click on "Next" I just get a page saying this:

So I guess Microsoft is broken at the moment?

There seems to be some problems with the service.

Let's hope MS fixes it soon.

Maybe try again. I believe that the issue has been resolved. I have read instances where people are saying that it is back to normal.

Hi there, I have got this same problem with Microsoft Sudoku and also Microsoft Minesweeper! I am signed in as Microsoft Solitaire and Microsoft Mahjong both work. Have tried to remove the Program and reload but that does not solve the problem.

And what's broken about it? What platform are you playing on? Are you getting an error? We could assist in help troubleshooting if we had some more details about the error you're seeing.

Windows 10 … latest everything. This is an old, old, old problem and every thread gets "closed" after a few people say something about it. There is no problem with Microsoft Casual Games and no problem with Microsoft Solitaire … but Sudoku is broken …
Minesweeper is iffy but Sudoku is really broken. No one understands why it cannot be fixed.

Hi, I have the same issue with both Microsoft Sudoku and Microsoft Jigsaw - Era Slots advert plays, but does not close when finished.

I do not wish to go premium, I just want the games to work properly!
