Problems signing in to x box 1

Every time try to login goes to white screen asking me to re enter password because you're accessing sensitive info,you need to verify your password, when input gives error 0x80a4001a, have tried numerous times restarted console, turned off, reset wi
fi etc with no success, any help would be appreciated thank you

Thinking of getting an Xbox One X and I have a few questions?

1. All your games are tied to your account, not a specific X Box. If the games are "yours", no worries.

2. I bounce two externals from a launch day X Box 1, to a X Box 1 S, and to a X Box 1 X, all the time. No problems.

3. With non-enhanced games you'll notice faster load times. Enhanced games load faster, look better, and are much smoother; especially over my original.

 

x box 360 to x box 1 friend request problems

Try and get your friend to run a backwards compatible game on the Xbox One and once the game is running get them to press the mene & view buttons together on the controller to bring up the Xbox 360 mini guide and they should find a friends tab in the list
and if you send him a friend request hopefully the request will be waiting there.

 

try to redownload your profile.

 

Step 1 - Delete your profile (Settings -> Account -> Remove profiles). Make sure you know both the Microsoft account address and password for your account before deleting.

Step 2 - Power cycle your console. Press and hold the power button on the face of your console for several seconds, holding it down until it shuts off completely. Let it sit for about a minute.

Step 3 - Start up console again and redownload profile (Sign In -> Add profile).

That should get you going again!

 

There appears to be an issue with the service that is causing Login errors. You can check the status at Xbox Live Status. You can have it notify
you when the service is back up.
