Problems signing in.....Really frustrated! Any advice would be appreciated!

yeah nope.....whether hard wire or wireless everything is the same.

 

Got a phone call from support today basically giving me the run around.

Saying it is a network issue and to contact Sky. Have already contacted Sky who have told me they have recieved many other complaints from Xbox live customers and it is their fault. ZZZZZZ

Xbox one is heading for a trade in....PS4 works a dream online.

 

I have the exact same problem. I also have comcast. Could be the modem they gave me. This *** is such a pain.

 

So guess what everyone!!!!!

It might just be the modem.......tried a different modem and it works fast and every time!

I even internet shared my phone and connected the xbox to that and it works way way better and no failing. So it seems that the modem that doesnt have a problem with anything else is failing for the xbox one. I think it is actually the modems fault.
Reason is.....had the same modem since launch and it has only just been happening in the past month or two. So.....? Modems fault if xbox still works on other peoples modems same brand and same company.

 

Have you Tried resetting your Router/Modem? these problems can occur when your MTU' is flexing? (by flexing i mean' your speed keeps dropping out' causing a drop out of services for a few seconds causing these sort of issues) worth a try. hope this helps

 

now my xbox started this from today

For some reason my console keeps turning off by itself. It will start playing a game and then all of a sudden it turns off. Happens everytime I try to do anything. One time it even happen when I wasn't doing anything.

 

Dragon....I would check the power cord to the power brick... That has a mighty push before it goes in. my Xbox is now working as day one. The modem seemed to have been the problem...i don't know why it would hate only the Xbox but it seems to have been
fixed with new modem.

Sorry Microsoft for the confusion but when one device is the only one acting up it... It will get blamed on that device. no hard feelings ha ha.....at least in my case.

Hope every one else can use same method of changing just the modem out and see it that solves the problem. Mine worked just like yours... Poorly..... But with the new device.... Same model and all.... The Xbox breathes again!

 

I pushed the power brick so hard as i can but still doesnt work,

my xbox only turns off when i play i games about a 5min ,i can do 5hours youtube and then it works fine

I cant play titanfall or forza. only ones I play . for two days now. error: failed to read profile

On titanfall it says...error: failure to read profile.

forza gets stuck on loading. Have not been able to play at all for 4 days now.

 

Think I will phone Sky then. My modem is still under warranty with them. I am on fibreoptic and have this weird configuration with two modems.

Will ring them and hope for the best.

I am having the same exact issues, was on the phone with support for 2 hours and they had no idea what was wrong, they referred me to the forums and it looks like you guys are out of luck as well.
