problems running Destiny xboxone?

ive had this game for over a week and cant play longer than usually 5mins without getting disconnected . it states a network stability error (canary) which ive looked into and settings seem good .

im running 100mb 5g virgin media wifi on the superhub2 .

is anyone else having this problem or know how to fix . or is it the game servers?

Destiny running EXTREMELY slowly

Since last week destiny is running hella slow on my 360. It takes 15-20 minutes to get from game launch to being in orbit on a character, with most of that time spent on load screens. Takes another 15 for inventory to load, 20 to launch to tower. In
the tower my character moves normally but players around me don't load and vendor interface takes 10-15 min.







All other Xbox functions work normally as does my net connection on PC. I tried clearing my cache and freeing up space on the hard drive to no avail. I also tried power cycling the Xbox and router and every basic solution (turning them on/off etc.)
I could think of. Anyone else getting this or have a solution? It worked perfectly for two weeks then boom, unplayable.

I've actually been having an issue since about the 12th, though this only seems to be happening for destiny. Netflix works fine. I'm fairly sure an alert for retrieving data from cloud storage came up at the same time, but it specifically mentions minecraft
as the affected game so I'm still in the dark.
