Problems redeeming game pass code

Hi!

I recently purchased a subscription to Xbox Game Pass as a gift for my brother, but when we tried to redeem the code for it, it took a while to load and then just popped up with an error message saying that there was a problem on their end, and an Redeem
Internal Server Error. We’ve tried on multiple sources (console, computer, Xbox app, etc.) but the same message occurs. I was hoping someone might have any advice as to what my he causing this/any way to fix this. Thank you!

My copy of COD Ghosts has arrived for Xbox One, will the season pass work with the 360

My copy of Ghosts has arrived and it's got the season pass code inside along with character head and player card.
Question is if I redeemed the code would it unlock the season pass and player card/head on the 360 version.

I can not use the download code HALO 5.

This problem is most likely caused because Halo 5 hasn't released yet.

I recommend waiting until release day, and if you still have trouble redeeming the code, this page should help you out:

Hi there,

Remeeming errors can be caused by issues on the account itself. Be sure to check if your billing information is correct at
http://billing.microsoft.com and also check
http://account.microsoft.com/services for any outstanding amount issues, these need to be sorted prior to being able to redeem codes.

After that try redeeming the code on both xbox console and via xbox.com/redeemcode

Also check that the Xbox Live account , the console and code all match region wise, using different regions for any of them cause issues too.

If you can't find anything wrong and it is still not working, best thing to do is to contact official Xbox Support via Phone or Microsoft Support Chat at
Contact Us | Xbox Support they can do a more indepth look into this issue.

Now that the game is available if you redeemed the code the game will be yours to install. If not try finding that message and redeeming the code(if it hasn't expired)or you can still enjoy the game with game pass. I downloaded my copy yesterday with no
problems!

I went ahead and redeemed the 12k points for one month of Game Pass Ultimate, received the code via email, forwarded that email to my friend who then redeemed the code without any problem.

So the answer is yes, you can gift Game Pass subscription codes to others without any problems. I should note that my friend is a current GPU subscriber and they applied the code to their existing account. I would assume it would work for a new account as well.

No that would be an "invalid code" Or "Code already used".

When you Redeemed the code it means that YOU are the owner of the code and content.

EDIT: Ok well if it is already redeemed then you have a problem. Do you have the "War games Pass" data in your Halo 4 file?

You just need to activate your Online Pass by redeeming the code. It's not a problem at all.
