    problems purchasing games on Xbox store


    Hi!

    Today i wanted to buy NHL 17 or Mafia 3 on Xbox store, unfortunatly i ran into some problems. When im trying to buy a game in xbox store, im in the "purchasing guide" where you can select payment method or add payment and i have tried both of them and nothing
    works. For example when i add my payment card and follow the "purchasing guide" where you add cardnumber, cardholder and other stuff and once im done with that my card/payment method wont show. Nothing is happening when i try to buy the game.

    When i login to microsoft to see if i have a payment method attached to my account, i can see that i have yhat under billing section but when i click on it to update, it doesnt show up on the next page therefor i cant update or remove my payment method.
    I also tried this yesterday and it didnt work. What can i do to solve this problem?

    Have you tried purchasing the content through the in game store other than the xbox games store?

    It was released in the EU (where I am) and Japan, so it shouldn't be a region problem, but it's a while since it was released so something might've changed on the back-end.

    Have you tried from the website or from the console? If you've tried console and it doesn't work, try to hold down the power button for 10 secs and try again. In this way you should solve.
