Problems Purchasing from marketplace

I have funds in my wallet but it won't allow me to purchase things due to "internet connectivity issues" however I am finding no problems with any of my games in terms of matchmaking or anything of the sort. It only says that when trying to purchase through
my xbox one and not through pc,

Games on Demand

Due to this Disc Unreadable/Unrecognized problem thats been going around since the latest Dashboard update, can't play most games from the disc itself anymore. So thinking about buying a full actual game (not an arcade or indie game) from the Game Marketplace.
I'm a little cautious though, have heard people have problems purchasing, downloading or finding games that they've downloaded from the marketplace. Are these common problems? Should I not buy a game from the marketplace? Any information on buying Xbox 360
games from the marketplace would help.

here it says some users might be having problems with purchasing things from the marketplace. So that's probably why.

i'd try clearing the system cache and deleting the marketplace cache too

Cannot get a refund on purchases from the marketplace.. you can, however, delete it and try redownloading it. It might fix the problem.

If you're trying to share a game that was downloaded from the Xbox marketplace, then yes, that could be seen as marketplace theft and is not allowed. Content purchased from the marketplace is tied to the gamertag that purchased it.

I just tried clicking the link to the left off the main picture in IE and it allowed me to complete my purchase. In my original post I forgot to mention that the link I tried to use originally was the ones to the right of the menu choices under the main
picture which didn't seem to work.
