Problems preordering Call of Duty WWII

I just got a message from Xbox saying

“We’re having problems completing your pre-order for Call of Duty WWII.

Please visit

account.microsoft.com/orders to update your payment method to prevent your purchase from being cancelled.”

I pre-ordered Call of Duty WWII with Xbox cards so I’m not paying again. I also don’t want to have wasted $80 and get nothing. PLEASE HELP!

Missing two preorder game rewards

I preordered Battlefront 2 and Call of Duty: WWII and did not get credit for them for the Preorder Punchcard, but I did get credit for preordering The Sims 4.

Can I please get this fixed?

nat restricted with WWII cod

Hi i have problems with restricted nat just with the call of duty WWII game. How can I open the nat? Thank you

Same thing just happened to me as well. Looked at my bank statement and it confirms that I paid for it.

One thing you should check is that the payment didn't go, If you used the Xbox Cards then you should still have the $80 in you account if the process didn't go. If the money is still on your account just order the game at a different time. However, if the
$80 dollars is not in your account and you can not download the game i would recommend calling customer service for that. Sometimes you get a msg that a payment couldn't go and best thing to do is restart your xbox or refresh your browser.

If any payment is taken without the ability to download the game I would check your Ready to install section in My Games. If its still not their customer service would be the next step. Contact Us | Xbox Support

Search for Call of Duty®: WWII in the xbox store, you should be able to see the beta download.

If you don't see it, try restarting your xbox and make sure you are signed into the account that purchased the preorder.

Just like the most recent Call of Duty games, this year's Call of Duty: WWII will offer microtransactions. Activision will offer "Call of Duty Points" for players to buy with
real money, and these will come to Call of Duty: WWII on November 21.

This is later than previously announced. Activision said it delayed the launch of microtransactions in Call of Duty: WWII so it could fix the launch
issues first. That's a commendable action, given that delaying the microtransaction system means a delay in the revenue Activision will receive from them.

Everyone who bought the Call of Duty: WWII digital edition gets an allotment of 1,100 Call of Duty Points that will unlock on November 21. We don't know exactly what you can buy with Call of Duty Points, but in last year's Call
of Duty: Infinite Warfare, you could spend Call of Duty Points on this like supply drops for multiplayer and Zombies crates.

Call of Duty Points will presumably be made available to buy in Call of Duty: WWII through the game's "Store" tab. Right now, it is populated only with the Call of Duty: WWII Season Pass, which includes four packs coming in 2018 that contain new content
for multiplayer, Zombies, and the new War mode.
