Problems playing shared games

unfortunately, there is no way to move your games, DLC or subscriptions from one account to another. Once you buy a game, that game is permanently attached to your account.

Hi, i recently bought a Xbox One S for my kids.

I assigned their Console as mine and mine as theirs (my sons account)

It went well for a while, but now when i wanna play Fortnite on their Console while my wife plays on ours it wont let her play.

Its like when i log in on my kids xbox with my account and get signed out on my own console, it stops working on our console.

But it shouldnt cause our console is already assigned with my sons account and mine on theirs.

OK as i suspected.

I have to have another account for me ifni wanna play on theirs Console.

(Can i move my Live aad owned games to another account?)

It depends on what she wants to play. If you log on your kids console, and she logs in on yours, and she wants to play a game that you purchased on your account, then she will not be able to as your account is not logged in on your console. Since you are
sharing games on your kids console, your account needs to be logged into Xbox live on your console so you or anyone else using your console can play your games on it.

The only other alternative to this would have to be to have her sign into her account on your child's console, so she can use all of your subscription benefits and use all your digital games [however, since Fortnite is a free game, she might be prompted
to "Get" the game in order to apply the license to her account] and then use you your account on your console.

I still wanna play on my mccount, but now i need to use another one when playing with one of my kids on theirs...
