Looks like the best solution to this issue is to sign in as guest, delete the current settings files through the in game menu. Then sign back into your account.

Sorry to hear it. When did you pre-order the game? If you're talking about the untradable then it was only for those who pre-ordered between 6-08-2019 and 8-05-2019

Hi @StuBailie! I think I have a solution to your problem! I hope this fixes it! Follow these steps:

1. Plug in your Xbox console Press and hold a power button for 10 seconds or more until it turns off ->unplug it and wait for 10-15 seconds ->Plug it in and turn on
2. Check if this helped to fix Error code 0x803f8001. If it didn't try hard reset

If you have already downloaded 4 times and it is not working yet it is probably a demo error, but trying to clear the cache can solve it too.
