Problems playing COD AW Season Pass

I downloaded the COD AW season pass yesterday and it's showing that it's installed, but every time I try to play EXO Zombies (Zombies is a part of it right?)it says i have to buy it at the store. I click on the store button and it says my profile can't
access the store. Do you know where my season pass went? It doesnt look any different right now. Is there an issue with the downloads?

Season Pass DLC wouldnt Transfer to Xbox one from 360

I as well have problems with COD Advanced Warfare. Purchased the season pass and some DLC add ons on Xbox 360 . Just got Xbox one and the AW game for one and season pass and DLC add ons say installed on the Xbox one but cannot access any.

Also thought the Havoc DLC was free to season pass holders but I too get to pay £11.59 for it.

Wish someone could help here - very much appreciated

Hello SixManatee! If you purchased the season pass, then you also have to download the Havoc map pack from the market place. Since you purchased the season pass, you wont have to pay for it, but once you download the havoc pack, you will wait for the installation
to complete and you will then have access to the exo zombies.

 

I have the problem too but i bought HAVOC before the season pass and downloaded both after buying both. now it says i never bought the season pass. I redownloaded the SP but nothing changed. HELP!!!!!
