Problems opening video app

I am having the same problem. It's like every other video the volume goes down on it's own and the only way to get volume back is to quit the app and open it back up

This did not work. Clear system cache didn't work uninstalling didn't work. I'm not to sure what the problem is here

Sorry to hear it. Please try clearing the cache of all your storage devices then restart the console to see if that helps.

Similar problem here. Tried to cast a video file from a laptop to my Xbox. It got as far as opening the video app on the Xbox but then it stalled out. VLC player on the box couldn't get into my PC's files either. Could see the files, but not get inside
and play their contents.
