Problems on Windows 10 - Blackout on picture every few seconds

I am getting lag on hdmi pass through as well, the picture and sound freeze for half a second every few seconds and then resumes from somewhere else.

My tv picture goes off for a second or so every 10 minutes or so but the sound always stays on any solutions?.

I noticed this happening on alot of apex players during in game. This has happened more often with wireless players. Sadly all we can suggest is going wired if you still encountered this after power cycling all your console and router ect.

Wireless network contention - If your console is connected to your home network via a wireless connection, the console may be competing with other wireless devices or other wireless networks. If possible, try connecting
your Xbox One console to your home router through a wired connection.

If you can't connect your console with a wired connection, check to see if your home router supports dual-band connections (both 2.4-GHz and 5-GHz Wi-Fi connections). If your home router is dual band, try moving your Xbox One console
to the 5-GHz router connection and move other wireless devices to the 2.4-GHz router connection. While 5-GHz Wi-Fi has shorter range than 2.4-GHz Wi-Fi, it can also have less overlap with other wireless networks and therefore perform better.

If you can connect your console with a wired ethernet cable, I would do so, as a wired connection is superior to wireless

You should try clearing your storage cache first. My next suggestion comes as a hardware tip. As an avid gamer who will spend 18-20 a day playing overwatch or skyrim.if you notice your xbox is hot .shut it down for a bit. Lastly try other game titles and
only the one game istrouble,try reinstalling the game
