Problems Netflix Xbox 360

Hi!

These last three months I'm having problem to start the Netflix app on my xbox 360. Sometimes when I'm lucky it may start. But 9 out of 10 times it just wont start. I feel that the problem started after the latest xbox system update. The problem is that
Netflix won't start and the xbox 360/tv freezes and just show a black screen. The xbox controller don't respond at all when I'm pressing the home button. I have tried to delete the app and download it again. I have also cleared the cache memory but still no
luck. I also checked and deleted the netflix update and the file called "saved game". I have unpluged all cables from the console and put them back again. My conection from my routers wi-fi and cable works just fine. Now I feel that I have completly run out
of ideas.

Can somebody please help me with this annoying problem?

Hi Brad!

Unfortunatley that action did not help. Reinstalling the update did not solve my Netflix problem. Sometimes if I restart my xbox 5-10 times then I might get lucky to finally get the app starting. Do you have any more ideas about this issue?

Hi Dan,

Thanks for coming to the forums. Is this the only app that you are having issues with? We recommend to roll back the system update and re-update the console.

Clear the system cache. To do this, see the "Clear the system cache" section above.
Roll back and then reinstall system updates. To do this:
1. Press the Guide button on your controller.
2. Go to settings and select System.
3. Select Storage.
4. Enter the following button sequence: X, LB, RB, X, LB, RB, X.
5. Select the option to roll back all system updates that are installed. The console will restart automatically and then download the updates again.

This can happen if the Netflix credentials stored on the Xbox 360 console
are corrupted or if there's a problem with your Netflix account. In the Xbox 360 Dashboard,
go to settings, and then select System. Select Storage. ... Select Netflix and run the setup process

Or

Go to apps, select My Apps, and then select Netflix. Browse or search the Netflix library
or your queue
