    Hi! I have an iPad 4th generation, and Minecraft version 1.16.50 is downloaded on it, this is the latest compatible version for it, but when I try to log in to my account it shows an error “We tried to sign you in to your Microsoft Account, but something went wrong.” or an infinite download, I want to play with my friends and they also have version 1.16.50, but I can't do it, please help

    Hello Arseniy, sorry to hear you're having trouble.

    Please first make sure that your ipad is fully updated then try restarting it. If that does not work then double check that you're able to access your account at https://account.microsoft.com. If you are then try changing your password and then see if that helps.

    It didn't help, my iPad is updated to the latest iOS it supports 10.3.3. I changed my Microsoft account password and tried to log in again and the same error. I've already deleted and re-downloaded Minecraft and nothing helps.
