Problems logging in to Xbox with Microsoft Sudoku

Anyone else having problems logging in to Microsoft Sudoku. No problem with Solitaire Collection or Word Games but cannot login with Sudoku. Have already uninstalled and reinstalled twice but no success

Problems signing into Microsoft Suduko

I've had problems signing into Microsoft Sudoku, keeps saying problems connecting to Xbox, check connections and try again.

Problem started yesterday (23/1/18). Ok for solitaire and jigsaw. Then today got this message

It came up in the ! News for Microsoft Sudoku box. I tried looking up the code but it didn't have it on the support site.

 

Can't login to Xbox Live from Solitaire Collection

Same problem here. Other Microsoft games like Microsoft Mahjong and Microsoft Sudoku work well. I also have no problem logging into Xbox live directly. The only problem is with Microsoft Solitaire Collection.

I uninstalled Solitaire Collection and re-installed and run apps.diagcab, but it still will not sign in.

 

Yes. Says there is no internet connection. But there is no problem with my internet connection and other Xbox games have no problem connecting.

 

I am having the same issue.

 

I have the same problem. I contacted Sudoku support thru messenger and they said there was a new update yesterday and to check that I have it. I do and I think the problem started with this update. I have also uninstalled and installed with no success.
I have contacted support again but have no reply yet.

 

I'm having the same problem. I'm getting an error that states that a connection to Xbox could not be established. I've uninstalled and reinstalled also.

 

Same problem here for two days. Figured they may have updated it and screwed the pooch somehow. I have version 1.6.172.2910. Is this the one others are having trouble with?

 

Yes. I am having the same problem. I reports that I am not connected to the internet when in fact I have just logged in to Solitaire Collection.

 

There is no fix, this program has a bunch of glitches, and probably will never work right. I hope they can prove me wrong, but I have yet to see much improvement. Many glitches for loading the advertisements eat up the time limits on the Challenges, or
make the program close due to not being written correctly. I feel sorry for those poor people that paid good money to play this game. There are better Sudoku games out there.

Same problem. Was working fine 3 days ago. I have uninstalled reinstall, clean cache etc ... with no success. All other Microsoft Xbox games I have (Solitaire, Word and Mahjong) are ok. And this accurs on two different computers: a notebook and a Desktop
