problems loading game from xbox live gold

I purchased total miner forge on my xbox360 live gold a few months ago , and 2 days ago there was a update so i updated it and now it wont let me on the game at all it just says download faild,or it asks me to re perches (but i already payed for the game
so i shouldnt need to purches again),i have got lots of storage space available over 1tb so it carnt be a storage issue,allso my live membership dosent runout untill about the 9th of jan so thats not the issue either ,ive waited a cupple of days now in case
they were just having trouble but now im starting to loose my patience ,please can you help

Issues with xbox live downloads slow

Having problems down loading from xbox live been down loading titanfall for six hours and only at 45% my nat setting is open any one no a fix to make this fast

 

keep getting disconnected when trying to load a game (any game)

I am having problems is it xbox live. I connect on the dashboard can watch sky player etc. But when I am loading a game it disconnects me from xbox live. When i dashboard it it reconnects me.



Any suggestions.

Sorry to hear it. It could be an issue with the update that corrupted the game. Please head to Settings>System>Storage and delete the game (not the save)

Then you can go to Settings>Accounts>Download History to find the game again and redownload it without charge.
