    problems loading a digital game after purchase


    Hi all, I preordered Call of Duty, well installed and played and then the other day it was gone, needed to repurchase and reinstall, repurchased and showing out of my bank account but still says I need to purchase it, it doesn't show on my purchase account
    though. Thoughts???

    Which version of of CoD? I've had an issue with DLC pack on Modern Warfare. Managed to fix it by uninstalling other CoD games (somehow the game add-ons went to another CoD game). So maybe try to uninstall other CoD games and then go to the Store and download
    the CoD game you wanna play? Lmk if this helps.

    I’ve had the same issue ever since the October console update. I haven’t tried to purchase a game since I refuse to buy digital games, but none of my backwards compatible games are loading anymore and I haven’t been able to play any of them. The problem
    started the day after the update and Microsoft refuses to acknowledge any problems.

    So after updating I was succesfully able to login to all of my digital games. I even had a friend check to see if they could login to theirs. We were able to successfully load all of our digital games without problem.

    That error code has several meanings:

    The game was purchased and downloaded, but you aren’t signed in and connected to Xbox Live.

    <Please make sure you're signed into your account>

    Or:

    The game was purchased and downloaded by another family member, and that person is not signed in to the console.
