    Problems last update october


    Since the last update of Xbox, it's taking me half n hour to connect with the servers of gears of war 4, cause it said it's synchronizing my account and I don't know why cause before the update it only take a minute to start running the game. What should
    I do?

    Metsu - His question was posted in October, way before the update came out. The update did not cause the problems he was already experiencing.

    Try clearing the cache on you console.

    To do this, hold down the power button on your console for 10 seconds.

    i updated my firmware to BWQ.4 it's from october last year and the current firmware.

    Before i had BWQ.0, but that was not the Problem.

    My alert activity remains stuck at 0 since last October update... I try Hard Reset but it will solve nothing.
