    Problems joining Cross play Fortnite with PS4 users on my son's Xbox one


    This is a new thing.Only started a few days ago- until then there have been no issues.

    When joining a party in the lobby he gets logged out and is unable to play/ interact with PS4 users.

    He can play with other Xbox one users no problem.

    His Microsoft account is linked with Epic OK

    I've uninstalled fortnite and reinstalled it

    I've uninstalled his user details and reinstalled them.

    Anyone got any tips here??

    Sorry to hear your son has been running into these issues when attempting to connect. This is happening when he is attempting to connect to any user on the PS4 or is it just a select friend that this is happening with?

    Thankyou .Yes his privacy settings are fully open . Im afraid we’ve already contacted epic who havent been able to help us . They suggested contacting xbox.com
