Problems installing Sims 4 Dogs & Cats bundle

We are trying to install an extension package Dogs & Cats for the Sims 4 on Xbox One. The install stops unexpectedly, saying the install file appears to be damaged and there is an error 80070570. I moved all Sims4 files from an external harddisk to internal
storage, but the problem remains. I have tried a system reset to clear the cache, removing files from storage and re-install, but the same problem keeps appearing.

Any suggestions anyone? Thanks for your help!

Have you tried hard resetting the console? If not, try that and after it boots back up, try to reinstall the add-on.

Thanks for reaching out to us in the forums for this issue.

Have you tried redownloading your profile? If you haven't, delete the damaged game and your Xbox profile and perform a hard reset on your console exactly like this:

Hold the power button on the console for 10 seconds or until the power shuts down completely. Unplug the power cord from the back of the console for 30 seconds. Plug the power cord back in and restart the console.

Redownload your Xbox profile.
