I am having some problems with my console, I can't send messages, and I have problems in the app of Xbox

My Console has Problems

Hey there Flamethrower! I know that Minecraft has been having issues since the latest patch. However, since you have the same thing happen when you play BF3 I'm disinclined to believe the issue is the Minecraft patch. I would try deleting and redownloading
your profile.

Try these steps:

-Delete your profile ONLY (do not delete profile and items; use this guide:
support.xbox.com/.../profile-move-delete).

-Clear your system cache (use this guide:
support.xbox.com/.../clear-system-cache).

-Restart your console.

-Download your profile (use the first guide again).

Let us know how that works for you and we'll go from there! ^_^

Problems with my console

my Xbox one rarely reaches the dashboard normally I turn it on and the power on button is showing but there is nothing on the screen what ahould I do? Also it doesn't turn off unless I hold the power button in could anyone give me any help?

same problem here. i can receive messages from others but can not reply to them.

error outputs:

xbox: messaging is not working for your account... go to "support.xbox./fix-messaging

xbox app: you are not allowed to message this group // + same message as from user above // + I have to do some adjustments in my account for online security or something like that.

messaging from xbox.com does work.

I would recommend following the troubleshooting steps on this page https://support.xbox.com/en-US/xbox-one/console/disc-error

It may end up being an internal hardware issue that you would then need to have your

console repaired.

this isn't fair i had another xbox and i was playing on it on black ops 2 in a private match with friends doing combat training and they banned that console too! it was never opened never modded and never in a modded lobby, why are they banning me!!!!!!!!!!!!

Console bans are non reversable.

A complaint should be filed against your brother via a console.Rest assured,your brothers console will be caught & banned at some point.
