problems in downloading the game - game freezes all the time, controller does not respond all ...

im having this problem or one similar. I havent played anygames since the titanfall beta. but when playing the release, now my controller freezes. the light stays on but nothing responds. if I remove the batteries and put them back in all is good for a few
more games. never had this problem before the march update. so im thinking its either the OS or controller update, or the chat adapter causing the controller to freeze.

well i do not mistreat the controllers or drop them its a issue with the controller if you not having it then your a lucky one. i talked to the eb games here and they have tons of returns on controllers for the same issue to the point where they run out
of replacements. All you gotta do is look online to see how many people are having issues its insane.

People in my clan that have them, have the same problem.

The main problems:

Grips coming off

Left thumb stick not responding properly and/or coming loose

top on the thumb pad does not respond all the time

We first had this problem last year when the only game we owned was batman, we tried a new controller after a hard reset and it didn't help 'home screen button doesn't respond and virtual keyboard freeze, cant type cant return home'.

We eventually replaced the entire xb1 with a new 1tb version, all new from plug to tv! we STILL had the same problem on many games 'home screen button doesn't respond and virtual keyboard freeze, cant type cant return home'.

this is clearly a problem in the xb1 software effected by install problems. XB1 needs to take this seriously and fix it, we have to hard reset every few hours!

Same as CluelessJedi, problem only occurs in multiplayer. It freezes and the only way the console responds afterward is if I reboot. Definatly not an hardware nor connection issue as it's the only game it does that with.

You will need to make sure your console and controller have the most current updates. Make sure the controller is pluged in with the provided USB cable before updating. Hope that helps
