This is a multimillion dollar,Multimillion;I want to understand why every 3 months a controller I own breaks or has a problem,i take real good care with my controllers never eat while using them but they always have problems! My new one which I bought
during black Friday not only has a analog stick problem where it drags to the bottom right I have to press the button weirdly the last 2 both! Had problems with the LB button not responding this is ridiculous I dont want to keep burning cash like this I really
dont you guys are a well known company your controllers shouldnt break every 3 months

Controllers I buy for my son to use I get at a place that offers a warranty like bestbuy which I purchase; if it breaks within two years they exchange with no questions asked. It is worth the $.

I'm not sure how this keeps happening to you if its not wear and tear. I have had my controllers for a few years, still in one piece. I hope you are able to get the replacement process going before the 90 days. Let us know if there is any other way we can

I'll pile on with the extended warranty advice. I play a lot but my controllers hold up, but people have different styles so it'll be worth the expense if you kill controllers that often.

I see this a lot with people who play game pretty competitively. Getting an extended warranty is your best best.
