    Problems getting online


    is there a problem on the XBOX live as we are having problems playing DVD's and Games

    We attempted an Update but it would connect so we tested the network which works, but it came up with below message:

    "Sorry there was a problem our side. We are working on it, Online features will come back in a while"

    It would be helpful if you could provide a little more information. What exactly is your problem?

    Battlefield problems!!!

    It's really a mixed bag, I have no problems getting online bf4 other console, as I'm sure there are ppl on x1 getting online

    Problems getting online

    Hey there moose221!

    Sorry to hear about the issue! Are you still experiencing this issue? If so let's start with a full power cycle and clear persistent storage. Follow each of the steps below:

    • Press the menu button on your Xbox One controller and select 'Settings'.
    • In the Settings menu, select Disc & Blu-ray settings.
    • From here, select Persistent storage and clear it.
    After you have cleared persistent storage, follow these steps to power cycle your Xbox One console:

    • Press and hold the power button on the Xbox One console for 10 seconds, or until the unit is fully powered off.
    • Unplug the power supply from the back of the Xbox One console and let it sit for 5 minutes.
    • Plug the power back in and power on.
    Try the steps above and post back to let us know how it goes! Problems getting online :D

    You will need to disable Port Range Forwarding and the DMZ. Trigger the ports at the Port Range Triggering, set MTU to 1364 and make sure UPnP is enabled. If you don't know how to do any of these, try to use google or youtube to guide you. You will need
    to be specific when searching the router in use. If you need further help just post your router and model and I will happily assist you. Good luck!
