    Problems games with gold Xbox 360


    Hi, when I try to buy a free game (games with gold) from the store, it say's that I don't have a valid payment option, but i have the credit card added and if i try to change the payment option right there in the purchase option,
    then start to asks me for my Billing contact information, but doesn't let me change the country/region, it's says Spain (I'm from Chile) and i have in my Billing contact information account a direction in Chile (with the credit card entered)

    I am in the U.S. and have had various issues with this on Xbox 360 as well...do you have the ability to redeem the games from Xbox.com?

    No, asks me for my Billing contact information as well, despite I already have my credit card entered, but it seems that it's doesn't exist the URL page for my contry (Chile) and redirects me to the page from Spain.

    A temporal solution is download the game directly from a xbox 360 (only start the instalation, you can cancel immediately the download) and then you can start de downloading in the xbox one, but i don't have a working 360.

    it only works on console. On xbox.com it it not possible for me to buy any xbox 360 stuff for money. free stuff works, games with gold also did not work. I got this problem first time with a games with gold 360 games in 2019, after this every month same
    problem. Microsoft need to repair their Xbox 360 shop on xbox.com.

    Problem solved, needed to log in into Xbox 360 console, it create me xbox 360 account on same account what i had problem, every game now i can buy or buy from games with gold.

    That would be the problem. Trials don't change your account status to gold. A full gold subscription is required in order to download the 360 games with gold games. Xbox One games with gold games required a gold subscription to keep playing them for free,
    so they can be downloaded with a trial.

    Ah, that could be the problem. Xbox 360 games with gold games are your to keep regardless of your Live status. However, xbox one games with gold require a gold membership in order to play them. Once you renew your membership then you should have access
    to the content again.
