Problems for Gold Membreship

Official support drops into the forums, but I don't believe they can help with billing issues, like gold subscriptions. It's a free call to phone support and I'm sure they could get this issue sorted quickly. I'm not even sure if chat can help, but you could
try, it's still writing per se.

So is the account your posting on is the one with the issue? Have you deleted and re-downloaded the profile? That can help sync the account subscription, but please make sure you have your email and password before doing so.
